The one people fight over
Al Pastor
Marinated pork, pineapple that actually met heat, onion, cilantro, double corn. Built for the second order you didn’t plan on.
Night service · Hand fire · Portfolio 2026
A food truck concept built like a film still — for ramonstacos.com. Tacos with char. Tortas that require both hands. Salsa with a point of view.
01 — Manifesto
Ramon’s is a portfolio fiction with real craft standards: meat that rested overnight, tortillas pressed when you order, salsa made that morning — not last Tuesday.
This site exists to show how a food brand can feel cinematic without becoming a cartoon. Warm light. Hard edges. Flavor first.

Dip. Bite. Repeat.
Shredded beef, consommé for the ceremony, optional cheese for the people who know. Crispy edges optional — recommended.

Architecture you can eat
The tower. Milanesa, ham, heat, cheese, avocado — a structural challenge and a personality test. Bring napkins. Bring respect.
